Am I the only one in this house capable of using the proper elimination point? Apparently not.
The cat's being tested for diabetes, he's peeing so much. Still, my bed? TWO couches? It just ain't fucking right. Today I found that he'd gone on the TOP of the couch, too. It sprayed on the wall and down the wall behind the couch, three streams leading back under the couch. And since peeing on the couch is akin to peeing on oneself, the cat had a bath yesterday. Today I had to wash my sheets since he'd apparently been on the couch (to pee more??) before cuddling up next to me for the night. ugh. ugh. ugh. I told the vet I could handle diabetic cat care. But this? HELL no. This is a deal breaker. Hear me, Slava? STOP THE INSANITY!
I'll cut Jem a break since she's supposed to wet her pants, but what's Bug's excuse? She's had two accidents since we've been home -- both in the bathroom -- after waiting till it was too late to go. She's agreed to a pee schedule; I will remind her to go regularly. She doesn't know that my reminders will include mandatory bathroom time. Even if she says she doesn't have to go, she will go.
I don't think Slava will go for a schedule. I'm thinking diapers for him.

Sorry...maybe booger rubbed off on her. After two pisses and one giant crap she got diapered. No more for me today!

Elli just went through a peeing her pants stage, too! With the exact same thing - waiting too long and then having an accident on the bathroom floor. It drove me insane, but she has gotten over that hurdle now.

Ew, nothing's worse than cat pee. Sorry.

Oh no, you're having cat pee problems?! I hope they get it figured out fast. It starts to wear on you very quickly, believe me. And poor kitty.

Oye! 2 couches and your bed? Crazy!
My parents dog only peed one couch. We just had it cleaned and it came out very nicely. Hopefully the peeing will get under control when the diabetes is under control. Much luck to you sweetie.
