Ern

You'll like gmail--it's Google, so it's gotta be good!

RazDreams

i love that bug seems to know fridays are pie days. too cute.

mrtl

Ern - I have other accounts and love it. Especially the space!

Raz - Oh, she knows! Our conversation this morning while puttng on her shoes:

Me: You know what today is? It's Friday.
Bug: Pie day?
Me: Indeed!
Bug: Yay! ::clap clap::

RazDreams

maybe she actually hears PIEDAY instead of FRIDAY. :)

mrtl

Raz - Nope. Her enunciation is perfect for "pie day." (She says "fwyday" for Friday.)

suburban misfit

I love that you have pie day with Bug. She's going to grow up with that memory (you MUST continue doing this until she's at least 15), and then she'll do it with her own children.

*sniffle*

I'm a little verklempt now....talk amongst yourselves.

mrtl

misfit - Sounds like a great plan to me! (Of course, we'll have to also do Sit Up Saturday or something equally appropriate.)

Hey Woman. Hope you are feeling better and not popping too too many tums. (they actually are kind of yummy if you get the frooty ones.)

Thanks for your kind visits during my dark period. You're a peach!

Pie Day with Bug is a wonderful thing. When LG was in pre-school, I kept her home on Fridays and we had "Girl Friday," always did something fun. I didn't think of pie, though! Maybe it's not too late . . .

mrtl

laurenbove - You're out! Welcome back from the cave!

Sweetie -- running out to pick up my new Rx now. I don't know how to spell it, but it's pronounced "ass effects." I'm a little scared about that.

Susie - It's never too late for pie.

Laurel Meat Market on Main Street has KICK ASS pies if you make it out that way. (I don't think they sell by the piece, though.)

Hänni

hooray for Friday pie day! And what kind of pie did we have today mrtl?

mrtl

Hänni - Today it was banana cream. Not as good as the others so far, but definitely not yucky.

Hänni

Oh and I was so looking forward to bavarian blackberry...

mrtl

Hänni - Oh, that will come. Indeed, that will come.
