Alternate Title: If you're not in the mood to listen to me whine and bitch, come back in a few weeks. Hell, come back at the end of July, after we're in the new house and unpacked.
The packers finally got here at about 11:15. Two of them. Make that one and a half. The one guy is so green it took him an hour to pack four boxes... of books, vhs tapes and dvd's. Come on! How fucking hard is it to pack things of a uniform shape???
Just after they got here, Iggy learned how to turn a door handle, escaping from the closet. Little bitch. I'd be proud of her, but it was SO not the time to be chasing her ass around the house to throw her back in there. Good thing she's stupid and doesn't know how to hide. She ran under the captain's bed -- the ultimate in hiding places -- but promptly came back out once I shut the door to that room. Slava, 'fraidy cat that he is, hasn't budged from behind the laundry basket in the closet. It's too bad they'll be in there for at least another couple hours, which is what I figure it will take for the 1 1/2 packers to finish the bedroom. Gah!
Dudes are also strictly adhering to the rule of not packing ANYTHING that contains liquid or lotion. FUCKITY FUCKITY FUCK FUCK FUCK!!! Do you know how much shit that is? It covered up the counter in the kitchen (not like that's really big, but still enough to be a fuck of a lot). It'll be a shame if I can't find a good home for the leftover Bailey's and Canadian Mist. A shame for Bug and mister mrtl, that is, since they're not going to help me drink it.
I feel better. Actually, I feel like Winnie the Pooh in the original Disney movie. You know the part where he pretends to be a little black raincloud and goes up to the beehive, sticking his paw in for some honey and putting it in his mouth, not realizing that there are bees stuck all over it? For several minutes thereafter he's spitting out bees. I think I've gotten all the bitching out of my system for now... no, wait.
One last one to spit out and kick off my heel. Mister mrtl was initially told that the packers would leave some of our creature comforts -- like the tv -- available to use over the weekend. The guy (1 of the 1 1/2) won't make any promises for that. FUCKITY!
I do want to thank all of you for your continued tolerance of my near-and-soon-to-be constant bitching about this. I've read all of your comments, but don't have time to formulate my usual, individual responses. If you're in this for the long run (like I said, I'm going to be bitching constantly for at least the next month and will most definitely be giving Pissy Britches a ride for her money), please don't feel the need to constantly reassure me and try to make me feel better. It's nice and all, and I do appreciate it, but it's not going to stop me from bitching. I don't get opportunities like this very often, so I am going to make the most of this bitchfest. I invite you to bitch with me. What's getting on your fucking nerves?
Which reminds me, Snappy (the camera) is currently held hostage with the kitties, and there's no way in hell I'm going to attempt to free him. Maybe I'll get an SPD picture up later.

What is getting on my nerves, you dare ask?
My period has arrived, after a few weird, too-early days of cramping and intermittent bleeding, and IT BROUGHT THE POOPS with it.
I HATE THAT COMBINATION.
Perhaps that was TMI? Oh well. You *did* ask. :D

Moving really sucks.

There isn't enough time to enumerate what's annoying me.

What's annoying me is that I may have just lost my job because I am laughing like a BUFFOON reading this. The facetious hat, "welcome to my happy fucking world," the image of you chasing Iggy (smart kitty!) all over the house - ALL cracking my ass up right now. Seriously, I'm laughing like a soon-to-be-unemployed buffoon.

Yikes. Hope it goes better.
Maybe this will cheer you up - see my "for mrtl" post.

Moving SUCKS.
I feel you.

Gah! Moving sucks... although be glad you have 1-1/2 movers to do it for you!
Bitch on, sistah! :)

I'm in it for the long haul, mrtl. Bitch away!

mrtl, I just get more and more anxious about the movers with every post about them!!! I'm going to have to go off and pop some Zoloft or something...

Thanks, Summer, at least I don't have that going on. It would really suck.
Kranki and Torrie, knowing what each of you is going through right now, I'm sure moving the body sucks enough. Sorry!
Misfit, I'd dare ask for the top three, but I'm afraid your head will explode. Virtual hug instead, mmkay?
Kalki, as long as it's worth it.
La Pix, you are too kind and too talented. It's wonderful!
Kelli, I'm counting the blessings, but they're still pissing me off. Go figure! ;)
LadyBug and Andrea, thank you for your continued support, with or without assistive drugs. I'm sure I'll have plenty to rant about today; not only are the movers here, but I get to go pick up my medical records. Woo hoo!

I think it's time to just down the Bailey's. Cheers!
Summer, I feel your pain, not literally thank God. One of the 5,000 reasons I'm now using Seasonale.
I feel the need to bitch here because I've off limited myself from doing it on my blog: WTF died in my town last night? My entire 15 minute commute smelled like a burned dead cat which is way worse than the normal dead body smell as I cross over the river. Way to start my effin' day.
